A Valentine's Day Giveaway

I thank all who have loved me in their hearts,
Or thought they did so!

Elizabeth Barrett Browning

Over the past couple of months we've built a little community here that warms my heart. Daily I am amazed that you all stop in to read my scribblings, to view what my camera captures, and to comment! Your comments, oh what a blessing they are to me. I so appreciate your encouragement, your thoughts, and your ideas! I've been thinking, wouldn't it be fun to have a giveaway? It's just a little way for me to say thanks to you for faithfully visiting.

I've assembled a cute little collection of khaki kitchen linens to be given away by random drawing. A very basic, plain Jane, two-pocket apron -- on which I will embroider the initial that the winner specifies in the color they select. And, to accompany the apron, two khaki and white oven mitts and one neutral terry cloth kitchen towel.

To enter, simply leave a comment telling me what initial and what color you would select for me to embroider on the bib of the apron if you win. If you do not have a blog, please leave your email address in the comment so that I can contact you if need be. I'll leave the comments open through Tuesday, February 19 and then on Wednesday, February 20 I'll announce the winner!

And, ahem... Please remember that I am very much a self-taught, beginner with the embroidery; my stitching never looks as neat as machine embroidery and sometimes there are a few knots on the underside!

Let's have fun!
