This blog is simply my personal journal of sorts, a way for me to consciously and purposefully enjoy and delight in the beauty and blessings that God has surrounded me with. I shiver to imagine that this little place could become a hindrance to someone as they seek to live the life that God has given them.

Please remember that there are many, many more important things in life than blogs! There is nothing wrong with delighting in what others share but do not forget to first and foremost enjoy your own life.

Love, serve, and encourage your husband. Build a fort, play Legos, and lay on a blanket in the backyard with your children. Read to them, cuddle, and talk. Laugh and cry and listen to your friends -- share in their joys and sorrows, care for them. Seek to serve and bless the people that surround you each day.

And, most importantly, do not let this blog or any other blog distract you in your walk with the Lord. There is nothing more precious than time spent in His word and in prayer. Nothing can replace that!

How can a young man keep his way pure?
