
Tukes' room is still very much a nursery (that sometimes doubles as a guest room), but it is splashed with bits of bright color and a few modern touches.

Flensted mobile hangs over the crib. It was designed by Danish designer and craftsman Ole Flensted. Don't think of it as a baby mobile but rather a kinetic sculpture -- then you can use and enjoy it for years to come, even after baby grows up!

And, hanging on the wall over the spare bed are five panels of "Small Dots" -- a modern classic textile designed by husband and wife team Charles and Ray Eames in 1950.
