Last week I joined the flurry of moms everywhere as I scurried to pull together a Christmas gift for Boo's teacher. It wasn't that I didn't plan ahead, things just took longer than I expected... isn't that often the case?

With
extra activities going on it took me four days of sporadic, slow-go stitching to finally finish the embroidery on this white cotton-pique hand towel.
At nine o'clock on Thursday evening I pulled out the sewing machine and started trimming the towel with a
holiday print. At ten o'clock I was in the front yard {in the dark} clipping red berries to "garnish" the top.
Paired with a nice bottle of my favorite hand soap, Boo delivered the gift to his teacher on Friday morning. Whew! Mission accomplished.
