Recipes...

Who can tell me how to make homemade baked pita chips that taste as good as these?

Does anyone have a good recipe for a thin pizza crust?

And, something super-easy, recently enjoyed at our house:
Herb Rotini with Chicken and Sun-dried Tomatoes

Heat 4 Tbls. of olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add 2 cloves of minced, fresh garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in 1/2 cup of leftover marinara sauce, 3/4 cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes and 1/2 cup of dry white wine. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer.

While the sauce is simmering cook one 14.5-ounce box of whole grain rotini according to the package directions.

Add 1 to 1.5 cups of chopped cooked chicken to the sauce. Throw in some chopped, fresh basil leaves. Toss the pasta and sauce together along with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella. Season with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Serve warm, although it's also good for lunch the next day eaten cold straight from the refrigerator.

All measurements are approximate; adjust them as needed to fit your family's preferences and size.
