The professor first mentioned the student project at dinner one evening: a mousetrap powered car with CD's for wheels. The boys heard the word "car" and became obsessed with the mysterious toy. While visiting his office one afternoon last week they finagled the professor into bringing one home for them.
A mousetrap mounted to CD's rolling back and forth across my kitchen floor captivated and entertained them so long that once again I'm left wondering... Why is it that we spend money on toys?
